for those of you in new york city this evening, I’d highly recommend michael yates crowley’s bi-monthly reading series at jimmy’s (43 e 7th b/t 2nd & 3rd aves). program’s at 9 pm and admission is free, though you should buy a delicious specialty beer to support jimmy’s.
I can’t say I don’t have a horse in this race: I’m the program designer and am acting in one of the plays being excerpted tonight. but you should check it put despite all that. a clever roster of young writers always debuts new work or work in progress. next one will probably be in may, so join the mailing list.
